As a band, we have played all across the country, and individually, performed thousands of events around the world. Our members also have experience running venues, owning recording studios, & booking both privately & for venue for years, making TFW the knowledgeable and reliable choice. TFW prides ourselves on being a band first, not a rolodex of musicians. The band you see is the band you get, no bait and switch happening here. We offer personalized back and forth throughout the booking process, including customizable ensemble sizes to fit the exact vibe and aesthetic of any event. What to expect.

  • TFW is comprised of a team of professional musicians, whose backgrounds include booking for the McKittrick Hotel, Drury Design, and multiple bars and venue across NYC. With hundreds of weddings and corporate events under our belt, not only do we know what questions to ask our clients, we’re basically an extra event planner.

  • Of course we will! Not only will we work with you to figure out special requests, but working out exact timing for aspects like processional & recessional, coordinating speeches, maintaining the flow of the event, etc. We will also be in constant contact with the venue coordinator and day of coordinator (if applicable), and can provide references if so desired.

  • We pride ourselves on being able to perform almost any request and of course will honor any requests for processional, recessional, first dance, mother/son, father/daughter, etc. This being said, learning all new music for a 4 hour event is not realistic, but happy to curate setlists in detail, pinpointing the over-arching theme(s) and vibe of the event.

  • Each wedding package is founded on a 4 hour reception, including all sound equipment for our performance and MC responsibilities. Because each wedding is customizable, please visit our Wedding Packages to learn more and reach out to get a proper quote.

  • An add-on simply refers to any equipment or performing outside of the 4 hour reception. As you may notice, the prices are very reasonable to add-on, for let’s say a cocktail hour trio, because we will already be ready, sound-checked at the event before guests arrive. Since it is extra time and work for the musicians/engineers involved, we only charge for their individual effort. But this will obviously save our clients money and hassle versus hiring a separate ensemble.

  • Clients are first encouraged to reach out with as much information as possible about their event. Our “Book Now” page has several options to choose from to help gather all the details. Next we will reach out for a free consultation to get into the customization of the day. Based on the conclusions of that consultation, we will provide a final quote to the client. If agreed upon, we will draft a short contract and require a 50% deposit to secure the day.

  • Once we receive the deposit, our doors are always open to consult, answer questions, provide feedback, or work on any aspect of the day that involves music or sound. As we get closer to the event date, we will shift the focus over to the venue and/or personal planners that are involved to make sure we are working as a team to provide the smoothest posible experience.

  • We accept most forms of online payment including Venmo, PayPal and Zelle. Cash and checks are also acceptable forms of payment.
